The Georgetown Rotary Texas Ramp Build Team of 9 members had the opportunity to complete the construction of a 51 ft ramp for Mrs. Ruby Hubbard of Taylor on Saturday May 19.

Mrs. Hubbard, who is very frail and wheelchair bound, is now able to safely leave her front door and enter a vehicle without the need to be carried down 5 steps.  The team was also assisted by 2 Interact members from East View High school.  Members also repaired a smaller ramp connected to the back door which exits into the back yard.   The Rotary ramp build team has been a major contributor in the construction of ramps for the Williamson County Texas Ramp organization.

Rotary Volunteers included George Lourigan, Mike Sweeney, Cris Cash, Anthony Triola, Larry Baird, Larry Bingham, Stuart Garner, Tom Whorton, and Myra Page.  Interact volunteers included Madisen Nisle and Noe Morales.
